On 2 December 2020 the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bandar Seri Begawan H.E. Vladimir Goncharenko participated in the 22nd ASEAN Lecture ‘Brunei Darussalam’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2021: We Care, We Prepare, We Prosper’ held by Singapore’s ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute in video format. The Minister of Foreign Affairs II of the sultanate Dato Erywan Yusof was the speaker at the webinar.
