The Ambassador of Russia met with the Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei
On 10 December 2020 the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bandar Seri Begawan H.E. Vladimir Goncharenko paid a visit to the Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Mohamed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohamed Yunos. They discussed the possibility to publish in the Sultanate the book by Mr. Sergey Plekhanov “Justly and Nobly” dedicated to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
