On 9 April 2018 Ambassador of Russia to Brunei Mr. Vladlen Semivolos visited the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Brunei Darussalam Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin to discuss prospects of implementation of joint projects aimed at strengthening friendly people-to-people ties between Russia and Brunei.
