On entering into force of the intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Brunei Darussalam on mutual visa-free travel for holders of regular passports
We are announcing the entry into force of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of regular passports signed on November 8, 2017 by the foreign ministers of the two countries.
Nationals of Russia and Brunei who hold regular international passports can enter, leave, transit, or continuously stay in the other country without a visa for a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of entry, provided that such stay is not used for employment, study or any income-generating activity.
This agreement extends the list of Russia’s international agreements liberalising the visa policy; they have been concluded with more than 120 countries now.
