On 2 December 2019 the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bandar Seri Begawan H.E. Mr. Vladimir Goncharenko paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Finance and Economy II of Brunei Darussalam Dato Dr. Amin Liew Abdullah. They discussed issues of investment cooperation between Russia and Brunei.
